Overview

Assurance Senior Accountant – Wellington Dufferin at RLB LLP. We are growing and seeking Senior Accountants who are curious, collaborative, solution-focused, and committed to lifelong learning. In this role, you will lead and execute review and/or audit engagements across a wide range of industries, coach junior team members, and work directly with clients to provide top-notch service.

• Lead and execute review and/or audit engagements across a wide range of industries.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality client service.
• Work directly with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.

• CPA designation (or close to it)
• Public accounting experience in reviews and/or audits
• Experience with Caseware, Tax Prep, and Microsoft Office tools is a bonus
• Collaborative mindset and strong client relationship skills
• Curiosity-driven approach to learning and problem-solving
• Mentoring mindset and enjoyment of dynamic team work
