We’re growing fast and looking for talented Human Resources Manager - LATAM with a B2+ level of English to join our team!

The HR Operations Manager oversees and streamlines human resources functions across the Latin America (LATAM) region, ensuring consistent delivery of HR services, compliance with local labor laws, and alignment with global HR strategies. This role manages day-to day HR operations, drives employee engagement, and optimizes HR systems and processes for business scalability. Strategic HR activities are led by the LATAM HR Strategy Lead;

this role supports and partners on those initiatives. Manages local office processes, including facilities, supplies, and on-site support to maintain effective and efficient operations.

Must Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in technology or consulting environments.
- Experience managing HR operations in LATAM countries.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance in Mexico, with awareness of Argentina and other LATAM countries.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor NOMs (025, 035, 037).

- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Bamboo).
- Advanced English (Full Professional Proficiency).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience in remote and multicultural teams.

Nice to Have:

- Certifications in People Analytics or HR Technology.

- Experience with digital transformation and agile HR practices.
