Provide customer service to clients at a manufacturing and industrial location, carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter fencing, documenting observations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms and access issues;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify authorized entry, direct visitors and deliveries;
Complete shift logs, incident reports, and patrol activity reports, and communicate key information to supervisors
