** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public services as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.

+ Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests and contractors to the appropriate locations.

+ Monitor alarms, cameras, and other site systems when assigned, and report irregular conditions to supervision and/or site leadership.

+ Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift logs with clear, detailed information.

+ Assist with traffic flow and deliveries by verifying appointments, guiding commercial vehicles to staging areas, and communicating with receiving and/or shipping teams.

+ Support enforcement of site rules related to restricted areas, prohibited items, and badge compliance, using a professional, service-oriented approach.

+ Perform foot patrols and/or vehicle patrols as assigned, adapting to indoor and outdoor conditions and varying environments around the facility.

+ Communicate clearly with Allied Universal supervision, site management, and team members using radio and/or phone to coordinate responses and share updates.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
