Provide students with appropriate instruction in the subject area assigned to help students fullfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth as needed.

ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES:

* Design lessons and units with sequential content incorporating a variety of techniques and materials;

* Establishes a learning atmosphere which enhances students subject matter competency and student self image;

* Works cooperatively with faculty, staff and administration;

* Works to improve professional competency;

* Other duties as assigned.
