pTheYard Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining theterminalyard and equipment in it./p

Responsibilities:/p

ul
li Collaborates with departments to ensure truck issues are solved and recovered./li
li Tracks trucks and maintains all necessary reports to communicate with other departments across the company./li
li Maintains daily and accurate inventory of tablets./li
li Conducts daily audits of yard equipment with no discrepancies./li
li Inspects all trucks for damages and cleanliness./li
li Demonstrates high resource utilization./li
li Monitors and responds to emails in a timely manner./li
li Maintains cleanliness of the yard./li
li Rearranges and organizes equipment in the yard./li
li Collaborates with guards to maintain yard security./li
li Reports and escalates issues to terminal manager./li
li Conducts inspections of minor maintenance of equipment, both tablet and mechanical./li
li Assists with driver training./li
li Accurately enters information into AS400./li

Qualifications:

ul
liHigh School Diploma or equivalent required./li
li Class A commercial driver license (CDL)/li
li Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred./li
li Experience in a motor carrier operation./li
li Basic knowledge of North American geography./li
li Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or related software./li
li Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail./li
li Strong customer service and communication skills./li
