** Security Officer - Roving Property Patrol

** Groveport, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will complete routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and requests for assistance. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site leadership and visitors, and support smooth operations with customer-focused service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and drivers, verifying identification and/or delivery documentation as required by site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations through established channels.

+ Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, and communicate key updates to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
