Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and drivers, verifying identification and/or delivery documentation as required by site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations through established channels;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, and communicate key updates to Allied Universal supervision and site management
