1st shift part-time production associate

Job Description

Are you looking for a stable general labor position with a consistent schedule in a comfortable, temperature‑controlled facility? Join our team as a Production Line Associate! We're hiring motivated individuals for 1st Shift. If you're reliable, detail‑oriented, and ready to contribute to a successful operation, we want to hear from you.

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on the manufacturing line according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, sorting, and packaging materials or finished products.
• Conduct routine quality checks on products and materials to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
• Assist with material handling and movement within the production area.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or general labor setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Strong commitment to safety and following all workplace rules and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance for the 1st shift.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Shift: 1st Shift (Typical hours are 6:45 a.m. to 3 p.m.), Friday through Sunday.

Environment:
Climate‑controlled facility – work in comfort year‑round.

• Shirts or t‑shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips.
• Pants without any holes or rips.
• No profane or suggestive texts and images.
• Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
