Forklift Shop Technician

Forklift Shop Technician – Raymond Storage Concepts, Inc.

Pay: $18 – $26 per hour

Location: Onsite, Columbus, OH Warehouse

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. (1 hour lunch). No weekends.

Under the guidance of the Service Manager, the Shop Technician’s primary responsibility is to complete required shop work to the highest level of quality possible. All duties must be accomplished while maintaining a safe, orderly and efficient work environment.

• Complete shop work within deadlines and at a high quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Perform and ensure effective repair and maintenance of lift truck rental equipment.
• Effectively complete and turn in all work orders.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
• Perform building maintenance as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years’ relevant experience and/or training preferred.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and general equipment operation theory.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic and hydraulic diagrams and schematics.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
