Job Title: TPM – Infrastructure Delivery Manager
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $60.00/hr (W2)
Location: Groveport, OH 43125
Work Model: 5 Days Onsite (Flexible WFH when needed)
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager (Contract) to support execution of infrastructure initiatives across data center, network, compute, storage, and cloud environments.
This role is focused on hands‑on delivery execution, coordinating day‑to‑day infrastructure work streams, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with full operational visibility.
The Infrastructure Delivery Manager partners closely with Technical Product Management (TPM) leadership, Infrastructure Engineering, Product Owners, Supply Chain TPMs, Operations Project Management, and external vendors to drive quarterly delivery objectives.
This role is execution‑focused and does not include long‑term strategy, annual planning ownership, or direct people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Delivery & Execution- Drive daily execution of infrastructure initiatives aligned to quarterly plans.
- Coordinate across Infrastructure Engineering teams (network, compute, storage, cloud, data center operations).
- Track risks, dependencies, and blockers; facilitate timely issue resolution.
- Ensure deliverables meet defined technical and operational standards.
- Maintain strong ownership of measurable delivery outcomes.
- Create and maintain Capabilities and Epics in Jira.
- Structure work to support quarterly delivery goals.
- Maintain accurate milestones, dependencies, and execution health in Jira.
- Coordinate with infrastructure vendors (cabling, installation, and related partners).
- Support vendor scheduling, deliverable tracking, and escalation management.
- Ensure vendor execution aligns with internal timelines.
- Collaborate with Facilities, Procurement, Engineering, Product Owners, Supply Chain TPMs, and Operations PM teams.
- Manage quarterly financial tracking in Clarity PPM (forecasts vs. actuals).
- Support PO creation, tracking, and funding alignment.
- Oversee invoice tracking, accruals, and reconciliation with Finance.
- Maintain rolling forecasts aligned to delivery changes.
- Ensure financial records are accurate and audit‑ready.
- Provide structured delivery status updates.
- Proactively communicate risks, constraints, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain transparency through clear reporting and dashboards.
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery or technical project management.
- Strong understanding of networking, data centers, compute, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with Jira and Clarity PPM.
- Experience managing vendor coordination and financial execution.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
