Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• Provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care, as well as help with household tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulation.
