Forklift Operator – Groveland, FL

We’re looking for a dependable Team Member who can safely and efficiently operate a motorized forklift to load, unload, and move pallets within our production and warehouse areas. As a key contributor, you’ll support our mission of delivering the highest quality, most affordable bottled water to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Operate motorized forklift to load and unload trucks and move finished product within the warehouse.
  • Follow all operating instructions and perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and call for repairs as needed.
  • Use an onboard WMS system to track material movement and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Plan supply and material requirements by studying production schedules and allocate deliveries accordingly.
  • Retrieve, verify, secure or move pallets to production or inventory locations.
  • Maintain a safe work environment: watch for foot traffic, follow safety standards and procedures, and comply with all legal regulations.
  • Document all actions by logging movements of supplies, materials and finished goods.
  • Show predictable attendance, as reliable presence is essential to the role.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • No prior experience required; however, experience in a manufacturing or similar field is preferred.
    • Proven ability to safely operate a sit‑down motorized forklift.
    • Ability to navigate within a WMS system.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience working as a forklift operator.
    • Experience managing people or projects.

Education
  • Minimum

    Required:

    High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: Associate’s Degree.
Certification / License
  • Forklift certification required.
Foreign Language
  • Minimum Professional Proficiency required.
  • Full Professional Proficiency preferred.
