The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $16.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $16.00 USD - $24.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to help achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store and in your area to solve issues for the guest.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner; comply with safety policies, report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
