This is a full-time, salaried position that oversees all aspects of the store. If you have restaurant management experience, we would like to use that experience. Our company promotes from within and we ensure you understand every position you would lead, to set you up for successful leadership.

This position is 5+ days per week, most weekends.

You are accountable for everything that happens within your store, including People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
. Your responsibilities include ensuring safety, training, and maintaining the culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow your lead. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

• Working and reliable car or truck
• Valid vehicle insurance
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location
