Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the suspension programs to include Liquid Spring and Monroe Suspension programs.
  • Coordinate all chassis modification duties working closely with Mounting Supervisor.
  • Assist with the company welding certification program, including conducting welding certification tests as requested.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Receive and inspect dealer supplied chassis.
  • Perform key and vehicle assignment duties, and coordinate all chassis control functions.
  • Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision.
Qualifications / Training
  • Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools.
  • Familiarity with the safe operation of various tools – drill, screw gun, sander, jig saw, etc.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate a situation.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of personnel and functional areas.
  • Work independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Effectively communicate in English, verbally and written.
  • Perform critical analysis as desired.
  • Read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
  • Pay attention to detail.
Education and Experience
  • One year experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Personal Protective Equipment Recommended and/or Required on production floor
  • Safety glasses or prescription safety glasses with side shields
