Assistant Program Director I - Children's Congregate Care
Seven Hills Pediatric Center, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation
Seven Hills Pediatric Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Program Director to support the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care for emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and adolescents. In this leadership role, you’ll provide both clinical and administrative oversight to ensure that each child receives person-centered, culturally responsive support within a safe and engaging environment.
Pay: $55,000 to $65,000 Annually

- Oversee intake, assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery for all children in the program.
- Provide leadership in program planning, evaluation, and implementation of daily activities.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Supervise and support clinical and direct care staff, interns, and volunteers.
- Monitor safety, licensing, and physical site maintenance to ensure optimal living conditions for residents.
- Manage program census, staffing ratios, and budget expectations in partnership with the Program Director.
- Act as liaison with families, state agencies, community providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the Quality Management Team and help standardize care across affiliated programs.
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (required).
- LICSW or LMHC preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in human services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and develop staff.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in congregate care or similar settings.
- Valid driver’s license required.
