We’re seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor to support youth with complex medical and behavioral needs in a trauma-informed, therapeutic residential setting. This role blends hands-on support

- Personal PTO - (Minimum 20 hour regular part-time schedule - does not apply to per diem)
Lead and support a shift of DSP staff while working in ratio
Create, maintain, and model a safe, therapeutic treatment milieu
Ensure youth safety, structure, and engagement throughout the day
Coach, guide, and support staff to promote teamwork and professionalism
Monitor daily programming and intervene proactively to prevent crisis
Document care, complete shift notes, and follow treatment plans
Support daily operations including meals, chores, and unit upkeep
Use CPI-approved de-escalation strategies; physical intervention only when necessary
Serve as an essential employee and respond during emergencies as required
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience working with youth in a residential setting
Ability to lead with professionalism, compassion, and calm under pressure
Strong communication, boundary-setting, and team-building skills
Trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approach
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
