Responsibilities
The Cook is responsible for safe, sanitary food preparation for patients and staff at Stonington Institute. The Cook must maintain a pleasant professional manner when interacting with patients and staff, and work closely with other cooks and the Supervisor to ensure smooth dietary operations. This is a part‑time, 20‑hour per week position.

(UHS), provides substance abuse treatment and offers medical detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.

High School Diploma. Education in food services preferred. Some cooking experience helpful. Knowledge of kitchen work, safety & sanitary regulations, and ability to learn them. Ability to interact positively with staff, patients, and co‑workers.
