The purpose of this role is to develop and mange all aspects of a comprehensive quality system for the business, while maintaining the highest standard through robust policies and procedures. As the Quality Manager, you will work with all managers to ensure a quality-focused culture, effective in driving improved performance and customer satisfaction, which is delivered through day-to-day practices.

The role:

The Quality Manager will develop and mange all aspects of a comprehensive quality system for the business, while maintaining the highest standard through robust policies and procedures. As the Quality Manager, you will work with all managers to ensure a quality-focused culture, effective in driving improved performance and customer satisfaction, which is delivered through day-to-day practices.

The Quality Manager will report directly to the General Manager and is responsible for the supervision of all Quality Engineers, Quality Clerks/Technicians, and other personnel as needed.

The Quality Manager will provide customer quality assurance for the products and services of the company and assist in assuring the achievement of the optimum quality costs for the company. The Quality Manager will also participate in all major quality-related decisions in all phases of business activity. Additionally, this role is responsible for directing activities in bringing the full effect of the company quality program to the improvement of productivity in both the manufacturing floor and office.

  • Assurance of product quality to the customer
  • Management of the document control system/process
  • Effectiveness of quality systems in operation
  • Leading and facilitating external audits and internal audits
  • Management of the calibration process
  • Contract review
  • Strategic business planning of the company
