Pro Health Physicians is Connecticut’s leading community-based medical group. Formed in 1997, we have primary care offices in every county. Our 300+ doctors and advanced practice clinicians care for children and adults of all ages. We also have in-house imaging and clinical lab services. Required Qualifications- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program (or ability to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in CT (or ability to obtain)
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA (or ability to obtain)
- Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
The salary range for this role is $109,500 to $164,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. United Health Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to salary, benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, stock purchase and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility).
