Responsibilities- The Supportive Service Coordinator will provide assistance and positively impact others by:
- Connecting residents to the community services that will enable them to live independently.
- Empowering residents to care for themselves, thrive in the community, and lead enriched lives through wellness and educational programs.
- The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or similar field and/or equivalent combination of work experience in the field of Social Sciences.
- Proven experience in Service Management, including organizing, problem-solving, and advocating.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Ability to travel as necessary for training
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population
