Responsibilities
Our facility is looking for a highly caring, compassionate and hardworking Resident Aide to support our residential substance abuse treatment program at Stonington Institute, a division of Universal Health Services (UHS). The Resident Aide participates in the supervision and operation of the unit to ensure resident safety and engagement, and building and grounds security. The role implements all program and institute policies and procedures related to the safety and security of residents, institute property and the community.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma required. Experience in social services, residential treatment, and/or custodial supervision desired. Valid driver’s license with MVR acceptable to organization, and no DUI/DWI in past seven (7) years. Ideally, public service endorsement or ability to obtain endorsement within 30 days of hire.
