This hybrid role requires a strong background in medical safety, pharmacovigilance, and risk assessment, as well as an MD degree with at least four years of relevant experience. The candidate will lead safety surveillance initiatives, evaluate safety signals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient safety.

Competitive salary ranges from $219,800 to $366,400 annually, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
