Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Groton, CT, for a Training Instructor specializing in GWO (Global Wind Organisation) instruction. The Training Instructor will provide safety and technical training, conduct hands‑on sessions, and support individual and group learning objectives. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality training in alignment with GWO standards, ensuring an engaging and safe learning environment, and effectively engaging with participants to address their needs.

The role may require maintaining training materials and assisting with equipment preparation as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Teaching skills to deliver complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in Training and Customer Service to support and engage trainees and address their needs effectively.
  • Sales aptitude to promote training programs and assist trainees with registration and other services.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Relevant certifications, such as GWO Trainer Certification or equivalent credentials, are preferred.
  • Physical fitness and capability for conducting hands‑on safety drills and activities.
