What Makes This Role SpecialAs a Multi-Unit Assistant Lead Supervisor, you ll support in delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring team development, and maintaining high quality and operational standards. You ll assist in day-to-day operations at two sites (Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights) under leadership, help foster culture, and help ensure consistency in execution.
A Day in the LifeSupport your team and bakery operations at two sites (Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights) while creating joy for guests. Throughout your shift, you ll:
