Summer Choir is a valuable workshop that helps students focus on improving their vocal music skills in a team-like atmosphere. Elementary and middle school students learn music both with and without choreography while high school students learn from a renowned college instructor. Students perform two concerts at the end of the week. We are looking for Choir Instructors and Accompanists to work with students during this exciting summer program.

• Strong teaching background in vocal music.
• Knowledge of quality choral music for upper elementary, middle, or high school choirs.
• Experience teaching 4th - 12th grades desirable.
• Committed to instructing Choir Workshop (schedule below).
• Committed to final evening performances at week's end.
• Ability and willingness to teach and clean choreography music.

Dates: August 17‑21st

Days: Monday‑Friday

Time: 9:00 am-12:00 pm Mon‑Thu & 9:00 am-2:30 pm Fri.

Concert performances: Friday 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm

Compensation is in accordance with the Master Agreement, Appendix E, EPED.

Summer Choir Instructors: $1422.00

Summer Choir Accompanists: $950.00

Literature for the workshop choirs must be approved by the Workshop Coordinator and Administrative Liaison.
