Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate with owners, subcontractors, and architects to execute high-quality builds
• Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
