We are growing and in search of a Manager of Procurement to join our team!

Our Company currently operates more than 20 women’s healthcare private practices across MI, IL, AL, CO, MS, MO, GA, and TN and is a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners. The Manager, Procurement, Real Estate & Facilities is responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of operational functions including procurement of medical equipment and supplies, managing vendor relationships, development of purchasing processes, policies and workflows, and real estate lease management.

This role ensures organizational needs are met efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in alignment with compliance and strategic goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

Strategic Procurement & Contracting
  • Develop and implement national procurement strategies to drive cost savings, standardization, and vendor consolidation across all partner practices.
  • Lead RFP processes and negotiate contracts for medical supplies, capital equipment, office supplies, and services.
  • Collaborate with outside legal and finance to ensure contract terms align with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Partner with senior leadership, clinical leadership, regional directors and site practice managers to understand evolving procurement needs.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new practice sites, ensuring the timely provisioning of supplies and TWH pricing programs.
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop capital and operational business cases for new initiatives, procurement, or expansion projects.
Vendor & Supplier Management
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, manufacturers, and group purchasing organizations (GPOs).
  • Evaluate vendor performance regularly based on KPIs, SLAs, and site feedback.
  • Ensure continuity of supply for critical items and mitigate disruptions.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that leverage GPO contracts and maximize cost savings.
  • Maintain compliance with GPO and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate GPO performance and lead periodic reviews to assess value and identify opportunities for consolidation or change.
Operational Execution & Compliance
  • Oversee and collaborate on the purchasing process, inventory management processes, and procurement workflows or approvals.
  • Establish procurement policies and ensure consistent compliance across all sites.
  • Track and report on procurement savings, utilization trends, and spend analytics.
Capital Projects & Equipment Procurement
  • Assist in budgeting and procurement for new site development, renovations, and expansions.
  • Source and procure capital equipment including imaging, surgical, and diagnostic assets in collaboration with medical directors.
  • Monitor equipment lifecycle and coordinate maintenance and replacements.
Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience with a large multistate physician group or managed services organization preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in facility operations, healthcare procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare facility standards, procurement best practices, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing complex capital projects and procurement initiatives.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, project management tools, and contract management platforms.
Preferred Certifications
  • CPM or CPSM (Certified Purchasing / Supply Chain Professional)
