Behavioral Health Technician

Mynd Thera PLLC is a private psychiatric clinic located in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, committed to advancing mental health care. We specialize in offering alternative, research-backed treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine, Spravato, Neuromodulation, and IV Ketamine, particularly for treatment-resistant depression and other mental health conditions. All treatments are delivered under professional medical supervision after a comprehensive evaluation to determine the most suitable approach for each individual.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI, for a Behavioral Health Technician. The Behavioral Health Technician will assist in implementing behavioral interventions, support clients during alternative treatment sessions such as TMS and Ketamine therapies, and monitor patient progress under professional supervision. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed documentation, ensuring compliance with treatment protocols, and fostering clear and compassionate communication with patients and interdisciplinary team members.

• Experience with EMR systems is preferred
• Strong skills in Behavioral Intervention and understanding of Psychology
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to engage with clients compassionately and effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Experience in mental health or healthcare settings is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field preferred
• CPR or First Aid certification is advantageous
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to follow treatment protocols
