Een zorginstelling in Nederland zoekt een ervaren ondersteunend begeleider voor een Ouder-Kindhuis in Zuidhorn. De rol vereist een mbo-4 opleiding en biedt 24 uur per week werk met de mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding. Je ondersteunt ouders met hun kinderen in hun weg naar zelfstandigheid door dagelijkse structuur te bieden en administratieve taken uit te voeren. Dit betreft een jaarcontract met kansen voor scholing en ontwikkeling in een uitdagende omgeving.
