Een organisatie in de jeugdhulp zoekt een Jeugdconsulent in de regio Groningen. In deze rol ga je gezinnen en jongeren ondersteunen door hun hulpvraag helder in beeld te brengen en passende zorg in te schakelen. Je werkt nauw samen met scholen en zorgaanbieders. Voor deze functie heb je een hbo-opleiding in een relevant veld nodig en minimaal 1 tot 2 jaar werkervaring bij een gemeente.
Je kunt rekenen op persoonlijke groei en begeleiding van Daan, met een salaris volgens cao Gemeente.
