Een betrokken welzijnsorganisatie in Groningen zoekt een gezinscoach voor de basis jeugdhulp. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, voert ondersteuningsplannen uit en biedt opvoedondersteuning. De rol vereist kennis van sociale problemen en affiniteit met diverse culturele achtergronden. Een mbo 4 opleiding is vereist, samen met goede communicatievaardigheden. Wij bieden een contract voor 24-32 uur per week met een bruto salaris tot € 4681 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.

Daarnaast krijg je aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
