Research Technician position in Neurobiology

The research technician will contribute to a multidisciplinary project by performing tasks that combine in vitro laboratory experiments and bioinformatics analysis. Laboratory work will include RNA extraction and library preparation, histology, imaging, and organoid culture, while computational work will primarily focus on single-nucleus RNA sequencing. The technician will be responsible for implementing and conducting single‑nucleus RNA sequencing on human brain tissue samples, analysing and interpreting the resulting transcriptomic data, and validating key findings through tissue and organoid‑based approaches.

In addition, the technician will provide support and training to colleagues involved in the project.
