AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic development team. This role combines cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies with modern cloud-native development practices to deliver innovative software solutions. You will work within cross-functional teams and contribute to the design and implementation of ML/AI solutions.

• 3+ years in technical roles such as Software Engineer, ML/AI Engineer, or Data Scientist
• Pasion about technology and software solutions related to GenAI and data science
• Following strong Python software engineering practices
  , including clean and well-documented code, testing, version control, and the ability to review and provide constructive feedback on other engineers’ code in a collaborative team
• Hands-on expertise with Cloud platforms:
  Azure or AWS
• Experience implementing deployment and provisioning automation tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code and familiarity with Bicep, Terraform, API gateways
• Understanding of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Strong communication skills
  , able to clearly explain your solution choices, limitations, and results to both technical stakeholders and non-technical domain experts

• Experience with operationalization of LLMs or Generative AI applications
• Experience with production ML pipelines and MLOps, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model versioning, evaluation, deployment, and scaling inference workloads
• Experience with AI frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras or Hugging Face
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (Lang Graph, Auto Gen, CrewAI) and AI workflow orchestration
• Experience with distributed systems and clusters for both batch as well as streaming data (S3/Spark/Kafka)
