We are looking for an experienced Service Now consultant to temporarily strengthen our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in implementing Service Now solutions, performing analyses, training administrators and advising on best practices. The candidate must be able to work independently, proactively make proposals and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
SituationA first step has already been taken with Service Now implementation (ITSM). Your assignment is to ensure that Service Now has a good foundation to build on and to further train the team and apply best practices. The current setup must be examined and assessed for best practice. Your proactive advice helps us to establish a good foundation and to be able to continue working on Service Now in a structured manner.
You monitor the quality of the setup and make adjustments where necessary. You advise the Product Owner for further setup and steps to be taken.
- Analyze the current setup and advise on changes based on best practices.
- Implementing Service Now changes, from planning to delivery.
- Analyzing business processes and translating them into Service Now solutions.
- Training and guiding administrators and end users in the use of Service Now.
- Advising on best practices and optimizing existing Service Now environments.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and making proposals for optimization.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- At least 5 years of experience with Service Now implementations and advising organizations. (WO level)
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Service Now modules and functionalities, with at least the ITSM, CMDB and PDC modules.
- Experience with performing analyses and translating business needs into manageable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex information.
- Experience with training administrators and end users.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- At least 2 days per week and preferably 3 days per week present at the office in Groningen.
