IT Intern - Hands-On Tech Enthusiast

At Global-Tickets we are looking for an IT intern to support our IT Specialists with the daily business. Among the challenges of tackling IT issues for our employees you will have the chance to have a look into projects that are on the IT-roadmap, can develop your MacOS and Google Workspace skills and gain valuable experience on the road to bringing our IT-department to the next level.

• Technical Support: Assist our employees with issues regarding their laptop, workplace and the programs that we use within the company.
• Ticket Management: Resolve and handle issues reported in our ticket system.
• Project Assistance: Support exciting IT projects, such as transitioning our mail and communication provider.
• Onboarding Support: Help with IT onboarding for new team members which includes creating accounts, preparing laptops and setting up their system on the first day.

• You are an MBO/HBO student in IT or a similar field (at least in your 3rd year or graduated).

• Previous practical IT experience is a plus.
• A passion for learning combined with a team-first mindset describes you accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist colleagues with IT challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to manage your tasks and schedule efficiently.
• Fluency in English is required. Dutch or German are a plus.
