To support our continued growth and commitment to clinical excellence, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands.

• Customer Education & Support: Deliver advanced applications support to new and existing customers, ensuring they maximize the use of Hologic’s GYN Surgical portfolio. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing clinical expertise to users in clinical and surgical settings.
• Trusted Advisor: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as a technical expert and trusted partner. Offer troubleshooting support and act as a go-to resource for workflow optimization and product utilization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Field Service Engineering, Marketing, Technical Solutions, and Customer Service to ensure our customers receive a first-class experience.
• Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities for growth within the existing customer base and gather market insights from competitive accounts.
• Event Support: Represent Hologic at conferences, workshops, and trade shows, supporting commercial teams with demonstrations and presentations.
• Training Material Development: Participate in the creation and distribution of training materials for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Education: Postgraduate or diploma qualification in Medical Ultrasound or a related healthcare field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of clinical training in a surgical or laboratory/medical setting, with advanced experience as an Applications Specialist preferred. Previous experience in GYN Surgical Solutions (e.g., surgical rooms/theatres) is highly desirable.

  Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot, train, and support customers on advanced applications.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Collaboration & Commercial Acumen: Ability to work effectively with sales teams to promote products and support the sales process.

  Experience working directly for a medical device or diagnostics vendor in a clinical support role is a plus.
