Dutch Customer Support Agent – Lisbon - On-site

Location: LACS Santos, Lisbon – On-site

Start Date: 16 February 2026

Schedule: Rotative shift system – Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00

Contract Type: Full-time

Language Requirements: Dutch (native or fluent) + English minimum B2 level

We are hiring Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Representatives for a global Video Streaming Platform project. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical and account support, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience across multiple communication channels.

• Must be a Dutch native or fluent speaker.
• English minimum B2 level (mandatory).
• With or without experience.
• Customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.

• EU
• EU Residence Card
• Certificate of Protection (issued after March 2022)

Base salary (without experience): 14,000€ gross/year

• Full bureaucratic support (NIF & NISS)

• Relocation bonus: 2,500€ gross (paid with first payroll cycle)
