Jouw rol- Calculeren van (grootschalige) woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten.
- Bouwtekeningen analyseren en bouwlocaties bezoeken om een compleet beeld te krijgen.
- Projecten vormgeven in een realistische begroting met jouw analytisch inzicht.
- Sturen op de juiste kostprijs samen met onderaannemers, inclusief aanvragen van offertes en regelmatig overleg.
