A. In deze rol ben je cruciaal voor het zorgproces van de patiënt en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je verwelkomt patiënten en bezoekers, beheert de patiëntadministratie, en zorgt voor interne en externe correspondentie. Je moet accuraat werken, contactuele vaardigheden bezitten en flexibel zijn in een soms stressvolle omgeving. Ervaring met medische administratie en goede kennis van Microsoft Office zijn vereist.
