Als Project Controller bij SPIE Building Solutions ben jij de financiële spil binnen projecten; je werkt samen met projectmanagers en business unit managers, analyseert prestaties en adviseert over verbeteringen. Je bent breed inzetbaar en draagt bij aan winstgevendheid en procesoptimalisatie.
Dit ga je doen
- Jaarplannen opstellen en financiële koers bepalen
- Maandelijkse rapportages over omzet, kosten, marge en productiviteit
- Forecasts opstellen en bewaken
- Adviseren over afwijkingen en procesverbeteringen
- Facturatie en cashflow bewaken
- Projectstructuren in SAP inrichten en up-to-date houden
- Voorbereiden van PPO-besprekingen
- Meewerken aan betrouwbare prognoses en einde-werkcalculaties
- Projecten administratief tijdig afsluiten
