Base Pay Range
$22.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per hour.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.
Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and well organized throughout the day.
