The Stylist engages guests, consults on hair‑care needs, and recommends products and services. The Stylist delivers professional services tailored to the guest’s total look. She supports the Experience Manager (EM) and the Assistant Services Manager (ASM) with a focus on service sales, productivity, guest service, and operating procedures. A passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service skills, and aptitude for product knowledge are required.

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed $800 average weekly sales and productivity goals by delivering exceptional guest service.
• Show business acumen by understanding drivers and identifying growth opportunities.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and improve the guest experience.
• Support execution of in‑store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on new trends, products, and services and be ಶಾಲ knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.

• Follow service protocols for consistent guest experience.
• Use booking and client systems to schedule return services and events.
• Communicate supply needs to the EM.
• Maintain store operational standards: cleanliness of salon, sales floor, restrooms, backroom, break area.
• Adhere to the dress code.

• Cosmetology license.

• Previous salon experience preferred.

• Proficiency with current salon techniques for cutting, coloring, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.
• Proficiency with equipment and chemicals needed for technical work.
• Proficiency in demonstrating, recommending, and selling professional hair‑care and makeup products.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Frequent mobility during shift.
• Continuous lifting or moving up to 10 lbs during shift.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, twisting, and crouching.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shift.
