Senior Manager Enterprise

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Manager Enterprise Applications for a Direct Hire with a client in Grinnell, IA (Remote). The position will lead ERP integration projects and support the launch of a 3PL service while ensuring seamless connectivity across enterprise systems.

Salary Range: $135K/Yearly to $150K/Yearly;
The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Manage and maintain Infor Cloud Suite ERP and related enterprise applications, ensuring system uptime, performance, and compliance with SLAs.
• Lead ERP integration projects, including third‑party tools (e.g., WMS) and support the implementation of a 3PL service.
• Oversee troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for ERP and integrated systems, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions, including enhancements and reporting.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate testing and deployment activities for ERP upgrades, integrations, and bi‑annual releases, ensuring smooth execution and user adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Infor Cloud Suite ERP, including module implementations and integrations.
• Proven expertise in API development and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for ERP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Infor integration tools and ability to lead ERP‑related projects from both business and technical perspectives.
