NTEX Limited is a leading shipping and freight forwarding company, specialising in direct services to Scandinavia and mainland Europe. We pride ourselves on delivering competitive, flexible, and tailored transport and logistics solutions across land, sea, and air.

We’re now looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Bookings / Customer Services professional to join our growing team at our Stallingborough Office.

Depending on experience, you will:

• Take day-to-day leadership of the Bookings & Customer Service team
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, managing bookings and providing timely, accurate information
• Take and process bookings using our internal systems
• Liaise closely with transport and export planners to ensure smooth operations

Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

• 4–5 years’ experience within a logistics or freight forwarding environment
• A confident, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
• The ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment
• A methodical and logical approach with strong problem-solving skillsli>
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong IT skills
• A willingness to learn and support other roles within the team
