JOB TITLE: Social Work Practitioners
BASE: Heritage House / Agile Worker
HOURS: Full Time – 34 hours per week
SALARY: £28,701 – £42,495
OverviewFocus is an independent Social Enterprise (Community Interest Company) providing Adult Social Work across North East Lincolnshire. ResponsibilitiesYour role will be to hold a varied case load from a range of different client groups, aged 14+, with a range of differing needs such as Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Safeguarding.
You will carry out assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, utilising creativity to enable the individual to be supported in their own home or other settings.
QualificationsTo apply for the role, you must be registered as a Social Worker with Social Work England or be a newly qualified Social Worker awaiting Social Work England registration within the next 4 months. Please note that we cannot offer sponsorship for those who may require it.
Positions and Salary- Social Work Practitioner (ASYE) – £28,701
- Social Work Practitioner – £32,682 – £34,338
- Senior Social Work Practitioner – £35,038 – £42,495
