Finisher, Building Maintenance, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We are seeking to recruit for experienced CSCS carded Maintenance / Finishing staff with an all‑round experience to work on their new build housing development in Scartho. The role is to start on Monday 27th October for approximately two weeks, potentially longer.

Our client is one of the leading new home developers in Lincolnshire, enjoying an enviable reputation for quality developments in both design and construction standards. Their projects are varied, distinctive, and different, and they are looking for finishers with a proven joinery background to join their already successful team.

• Pre‑decoration works (internally and externally).
• Final finishing to ensure all properties are completed to a very high standard.
• Third fixing.
• Customer care.
• Visit completed properties and rectify any reported defects.
• Be punctual and polite; well presented at all times.
• Stock properties, maintain to a high standard.
• General works: maintenance of site welfare facilities and partial exchange properties.

• Second and third fix joinery.
• Kitchen fitting.
• Competent in painting and decorating.
• CSCS card holder preferred but not essential.
• Must hold a full valid UK driving license.
