Security Officer

Secure Officer Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services – Grimsby

We are looking for a highly capable and dependable Mobile Security Officer to ensure safety and security of a site. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Protect property, people and assets in line with the site's Assignment Instructions.
• Deliver results that meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements.
• Undertake additional training for continuous development.

• Manage access and egress.
• Respond to and accurately report all incidents.
• Document incidents in a detailed notebook and complete Incident Reports.
• Monitor health & safety hazards and threats.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal, and client instructions.
• Maintain front‑line SIA licence and CCTV PSS SIA licence at all times.
• Use technology and procedures to carry out duties systematically.

• Previous security experience.
• Current SIA licence.
• SC clearance desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to dynamic operational demands.
• Willingness to adjust to evolving requirements.

Saturday & Sunday – 05:00 to 17:00.

£12.55 per hour.
