Grimsby/Skegness/Cleethorpes
Contract Type: 9 Month (Fixed Term Contract)
As a Field Sales Representative you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category and interact with a mix of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés. Your focus will be on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

In return for your commitment, you will receive a base salary of £29,033 plus a bonus of up to £8,000 (OTE) along with the following benefits:

RequirementsNo experience? No problem! We provide full training, plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed. We’re looking for someone who:
- Works well with others, loves staying active and thrives in a hands‑on role
- Has a UK driving licence or equivalent and eligibility to work in the UK
- Can live within a 60‑minute commute from the role’s location
- Has influencing and negotiation skills, with experience driving positive outcomes through commercial, fact‑based conversations
- Is experienced with manual handling of products and point‑of‑sale equipment in a fast‑paced environment
- Is proficient in using digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication and reporting
- Can independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets
- Has strong prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively
- Can grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales
